SMILE aims to help local authorities cope with this challenge by presenting more than 170 good practices and introducing innovative approaches on a permanent basis. SMILE analyses local policies and jointly with experienced European cities and towns, drafts recommendations for local authorities to facilitate the replication of these practices

Travel awareness, publicity and education supporting a sustainable transport strategy in Europe. Tapestry provides guidelines, recommendation and assessment tools for campaign designers and also an overview over 16 case studies.
